This afternoon I am going to a concert by the mighty Bohman Brothers. What better way to prepare oneself than by watching this clip from 2002 (which is around the time, inexplicably, that I last witnessed them in action)?

I’m delighted to see they comtinue to astonish audiences with kitchenware and twin bar elecric fires. They were the last improv gig I attended before my self imposed banishment, sometime in the spring of 2003 at Mick Becks house in Sheffield.
And Certain Ants shared a bill with them and Hugh Metcalf at the Queens Head in Islington in … oh some time in the last century I suppose.
When ever I hear of Guisbaldo Sopwith and his Amazing Tea Strainers it is the Bohman Brothers who come to mind.
