  2. Let’s not forget Dick Van Dyke’s legendary West End stage appearance in a farmyard-themed musical based upon the exploits of the early 1990s post-Thatcher Tory Government, in which he sang the haunting ballad, “Ground Control to Major (John),” egged on by pouting milkmaid, Edwina Slurry.
